ICE Spray is a fast-acting, cooling therapy spray for temporary relief of sports injuries, muscular aches, sprains, strains, bruises, and back/joint pain, providing instant numbing with cryotherapy (cold therapy) to reduce pain and swelling without mess. It's non-greasy, absorbs well, doesn't stain clothes, and is convenient for sports bags, offering a hands-free alternative to ice packs for hard-to-reach areas.

Shake can before use. Always try on a small area first. Point the nozzle towards area to be treated. Hold 15 cm from affected area and spray 2-3 short bursts. Massage is not required. Wash hands immediately after use. Repeat up to 3 times per day. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.
