We offer free shipping for orders over $99 AUD

For orders below $99 AUD, a flat rate of $15 AUD applies.

Shipping Timeframes

Our warehouse takes 1-3 business days to pack and process your order. Once dispatched, your parcel will be delivered via Australia Post within 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

• Our warehouse does not operate on weekends or public holidays.

• During stocktake periods, processing times may be extended, and we'll notify you at checkout if this affects your order.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Australia only. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to New Zealand or other international destinations.

Due to specific regulations, some items may not be delivered to certain locations, including:

• Australian Antarctic Territory
• Norfolk Island
• Christmas Island
• Cocos Island

Tracking Your Order
