Return Policy
We do not accept returns for change of mind or other circumstances. However, you may have rights to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damages and Issues
We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To assist the return process for damaged items, you will be required to send us images of the damage, defect, or fault for preliminary assessment. You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim. In the event a product does not comply with consumer guarantees, the customer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price including the shipping costs.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products and used or tampered personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law including that the products:
- are of acceptable quality;
- are fit for purpose;
- are safe to use; or
- match the description or sample or demonstration model.
Products that do not meet the above guarantees are entitled to a refund. A valid proof of purchase must be presented to receive a refund or exchange.
