This water-resistant formula blends seamlessly with natural hairs, adding volume, shape and definition, delivering the appearance of fuller brows. The super-fine tip allows you to fill in your brows quickly and precisely, while the built-in spoolie ensures for even and seamless application each and every time.

Using spoolie end, brush brows up. Twist the tip just until visible, then softly flick to achieve feather-like strokes. Proceed to fill in gaps or sparse areas, then use spoolie to blend colour through brows.

MCOBEAUTY TlP: When twisting retractable end, avoid over twisting to prevent pencil tip from breaking.
